International orders must include our import permit to be attached to the outside of the parcel. An updated permit is available under the `help' menu.

How to Collect Samples

**Please note-we generally do not get enough good quality DNA from deceased animal samples for genetic testing due to DNA degradation. Samples sent from deceased animals will be tested and charged as per normal samples, however success is not guaranteed.
